Wow, who needs PSA when you have this trusted opinion/source. Based on his feedback as well, who wouldn't buy with confidence!

I guess he is stating the card is "undergraded"?

He gives the quote you have, but also has the following:
Professional Grader: Professional Sports (PSA)
Card Number: #125 Grade: 8

...but hey this is a good deal "for our ebay friends"
