James- What is going on here? You are running sales of cards in the BST thread and at the same time you are running the same cards for sale on ebay. I happened to notice that Brian Weisner just bought one of the cards from your post in the BST and at the same time I am high bidder on the card on ebay.

Did you forget that you had them listed on ebay????

I don't like the practice either...but...ebay doesn't seem to discourage it as it's a legitimate reason for ending an auction early...if an item has been sold elsewhere.

Got to think about this more...... So if someone buys it off the BST then the auction has to be shut down? What am I missing here? That would seem like it would upset those that are bidding on ebay. I can see if someone lists it on the BST and it doesn't sell then moves it to ebay. I am not sure having both be active at once is good....

end too many auctions on ebay and it looks like fee avoidance...and your ebay acct can be shut down (not saying that's what's going on here, but it can happen).

I'm not knocking James who is a nice guy, I just think the practice is odd and kind of defeats the purpose of bidding on ebay for a card when you know it can be sold off ebay and you are just wasting your time by bidding.

Bob,

Someone bumped my thread after 3-4 days to express interest in a card. I have e-mailed them to inform them that these cards are on ebay. I should have mentioned previously in the BST that I would post them on ebay if I didn't sell them by Saturday. I apologize and wasn't trying to pull any funny business. It kind of slipped my mind after the initial shock of my wife telling me that we will be expecting our second child in 20 months

James
