Can anyone tell me what this "Ruth" item is?
If yes,where can I research it's value?

Default Ruth

At least 2 versions known, thought to be 1947 and maybe(?) 1948.
Check this link.... http://boblemke.blogspot.com/2013/11...-1947-not.html

Default Scarce Ruth Card

Ben, the Ruth card is a "one-card" premium distributed by the Pacific Coast Baseball News in 1948-49. More details can be found in Issue #51 of the Old Cardboard eNewsletter at:

http://www.oldcardboard.com/eNews/20...51/eNews51.htm

We also have a Profile page for the card at:

http://www.oldcardboard.com/m/pacifi...cardsetID=1413

We show the value of the card in VG condition to be $85 which may be a little low for a somewhat scarce Ruth card today.

Hope this helps,
Lyman

Wonder why 1919 is not listed?
